The “Request access” form on this site collects data so we can respond to your request and onboard you to Astralics by hand. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.
Who processes the data
The operator is the Astralics team. For any question about processing or deletion, message us on Telegram: @astralic_bot.
What we collect and why
- Request details — your name and Telegram handle (required), the size of your practice and a comment (optional). Used to contact you and discuss access.
- Technical data — an anonymised IP address (the last octet is zeroed, the exact address is never stored) and the page language. Used to protect the form from spam.
- Analytics cookies — anonymised traffic statistics (PostHog, EU-hosted). Enabled only after you consent in the banner; you can withdraw consent via the “Analytics” link at the bottom of the page.
The legal basis for handling your request is your enquiry to us and our legitimate interest in answering it. Request details reach us in a Telegram notification and are duplicated by e-mail via Resend (an e-mail provider, EU-hosted / Ireland) that only delivers them; we do not share or sell them to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep request details while we are in touch about access, and delete them at your request or once they are no longer needed. Analytics data is stored in aggregated, anonymised form.
How to delete your data
Message us on Telegram @astralic_bot — we will delete your request details. Analytics cookies can be turned off via the “Analytics” link at the bottom of the home page.
